Sunday Lunch with Bonnie and Sol

Bonnie and Sol joined us for a little lunch on Sunday. Sol turned one year old on July 24th. He is so fun to watch growing older- a little preview of what is to come!


Sol is full of energy and toddling around- certainly keeping Bonnie busy with his new tricks and entertaining those of us that don't have to run after him 24/7! Such a cutie.

Rogue PEPS

We had some friends from our birth class over for a BBQ last weekend. This is Stu, Maeve, and Amelia. Can you tell which baby is ours?

Like all proud parents we couldn't help but admire our babies. Ben, Alli, Jaeger, and Susie came over. It was very nice to all get together with other new parents!






Next time we hope that Dena, Max, and Simon can make it too!

Grandparents visit!

John and Carolyn (Melissa's parents) came up for a wonderful visit last weekend.

We started the weekend with Amelia's first dinner in a real restaurant. We went to Ray's Cafe, with wonderful views of Puget Sound.

The dinner was great, and Amelia loved the noise and all the servers running around. Endless entertainment (well... actually, 2.5 h of entertainment is more accurate).

We also went for a stroll at Pike's Place Market, where we bought tasty sausages to grill for dinner.
And John and Carolyn bought Amelia wonderful flowers!

... but grandpa might need to spend some more time here!
