Squash and Avocado

Ok. We have been really bad at posting. My plan is to catch up with pics from our two weekends away and then maybe some filler. Here are some OLD pics of Amelia and her adventures in eating. She loves her sweet potatoes, squash and other orange veggies. She has gone OFF bananas entirely. And much to her mother's dismay she does not love avocados. But we are working on her...

Busy Month?!?

Wow! Has it really been a almost a month since we last posted? I guess that is what happens when you have two busy parents and a sick baby (then a sick mom-just a little though). Turns out that the sick baby turns into the cuddly baby that doesn't want to leave her mommy's arms- not even to sleep at night. Last night I finally got my first stretch of sleep in as long as I can remember. It was nice. And here is a little picture of Amelia cuteness as a reward!


Despite all of the bumps in our road- we still had a great month. Amelia is mobile. She can spot her favorite toy (currently a bucket of snap beads) across the way, set a course for it, get to it, turn the bucket upside down and play with the beads! She has even put her rolling into motion with this crawling action. Pretty impressive.

Amelia is also working on her yoga poses. Here she is practicing her upward dog. She likes to join me when I pull out the yoga mat (which is not as often as it should be).
